Where I'm from
I was born in Nanjing, China—a 500-year-old city and once the capital of five dynasties. As a crossroads, it's a place of rich history and continues to influence my design today. If you ever visit, you have to try the stinky tofu.
I earned my bachelor's degree in design in China, and my master's at Pratt Institute in New York, where I live today. This cultural duality shapes how I experience and express everything around me.
What I believe
I've always believed that the greatest work is made by
the strongest teams—beyond one or two people. Team collaboration is my foundation and starting place.
I also actively challenge myself to be a designer of the future—a multi-doer—thinking forward on the relationship between design direction and emerging technology. With a multidisciplinary approach, I combine visual design fundamentals with motion & prototyping to tell brand stories through visually unique and user-oriented experiences.
Because for me, the design is always more than an aesthetic—it’s a language for solving problems, communicating better, and elevating the brand.
